ScubaPlan is a dive planning and assistance tool. It does not replace professional dive training, good judgment, or the use of proper diving equipment.
This application is intended only for individuals over 14 years of age. The use of ScubaPlan by minors is not permitted.
ScubaPlan includes a community feature where users can share posts, photos, videos, locations, and experiences related to their dives.
By participating in the community, you agree to:
You acknowledge that the content you publish in the community will be visible to other ScubaPlan users. ScubaPlan allows anonymous posting and does not publicly associate email addresses or identifying information.
The developer of ScubaPlan reserves the right to delete any post or user account that violates these rules, receives reports, infringes the rights of third parties, or, in general, goes against the proper functioning and safety of the community.
If a user detects inappropriate content, they may report it through the app's tools. The developer will review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts as necessary.
By publishing content on ScubaPlan, you grant the developer a non-exclusive, free, and limited license to display the content within the app and in promotional materials for the community itself, always ensuring user privacy and authorship.
You may delete your own posts at any time, unless they have already been reported and blocked by moderation.
The developer of ScubaPlan is not responsible for any damage, injury, or death that may result from the use of this application. Diving is a potentially dangerous activity, and you assume all associated risks. Use ScubaPlan as a support to another dive computer.
While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided by ScubaPlan. Use the application at your own risk.
You must be a certified diver and follow all safety practices recommended by your certifying organization. ScubaPlan should not be used as the sole means of dive planning.
ScubaPlan depends on your device's hardware. We are not responsible for failures or inaccuracies due to hardware or operating system problems on your device.
All intellectual property rights over the application, its content, logos, and designs belong to its developer. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of ScubaPlan without express authorization.
You agree to use ScubaPlan responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The developer reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the application for any user who engages in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited use of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue ScubaPlan at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms and conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the application after any changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of ScubaPlan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer of ScubaPlan regarding the use of the application.
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
